We are a friendly, family-run club dedicated to teaching Shotokan Karate to the very highest standard. Based in Silvertown, London and Chafford Hundred, Grays, Essex. ALFA Shotokan Karate Club is proud to be fully affiliated to the World Shotokan Karate Do Federation (W.S.K.F), whose headquarters are in Japan. Karate is practiced by both children and adults, and everyone is welcome to join from the age of six onward. Our focus is on encouraging and teaching beginners the correct techniques with relevance to their ability – just come along to your first FREE session and enjoy the benefits of improved health, strength and stamina, flexibility, concentration and self-confidence. Our club instructor has over twenty years experience, is DBS checked, fully insured and holds a coaching licence.
