Preston Shotokan Karate Club is affiliated with the World Shotokan Karate-Do Federation (W.S.K.F) England, which is UK based organization that continues to establish and promote Shotokan Karate in England.
For over 20 years Sensei Philip Albert Timothy has been running Shotokan Karate clubs in the Preston and wider Lancashire area for students from 5 years old and up, as well as participating in community groups and charity fund-raisers.
“I currently run one club, Preston Shotokan Karate Club, with 15 students, including 6 black belts. In 2020, the club joined WSKF England, led by Sensei Tomiko Mitsuoka, 8th Dan and Sensei Hotoshi Kasuya, 9th Dan.”
