WSKF England Karate Seminar

WSKF England is honoured to welcome Sensei Hitoshi Kasuya (9th Dan), Chief Instructor of the World Shotokan Karate-Do Federation (WSKF), to London on 19th–20th September 2026.

As one of the most respected figures in international Shotokan Karate-Do and head of WSKF worldwide, Kasuya Sensei’s visit represents a rare and prestigious opportunity for karateka to train directly under his guidance and instruction.

This special seminar will bring together practitioners from across the UK and beyond for two days of traditional Shotokan Karate training, technical development, and learning. The course is open to all Shotokan practitioners, regardless of organisational affiliation.

WSKF England is led by a dedicated team committed to upholding the highest standards of Shotokan karate.

Tomiko Mitsuoka, the Chief Instructor, has extensive experience and deep knowledge of traditional Shotokan karate guiding the technical and philosophical direction of the organisation. Her leadership ensures that WSKF England maintains strong ties with the World Shotokan Karate-Do Federation in Japan.

Supporting the growth and administration of the organisation is Andy Hunt, the Chairman, who oversees the strategic and operational aspects of WSKF England. His role ensures the smooth functioning of the federation, from organising events and competitions to maintaining strong relationships within the karate community.

Together, Tomiko Mitsuoka and Andy Hunt provide expert guidance and leadership, ensuring that WSKF England continues to develop while preserving the rich traditions of Shotokan karate.
